1. The service

BaseBridge (“the Service”) is an Airtable extension and accompanying website that helps you sync data from your Airtable bases to a data warehouse you control. By installing the extension or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your accounts and data

You are responsible for the Airtable base and warehouse you connect, and for having the rights to move that data. The Service runs in your browser using your own credentials; you are responsible for keeping those credentials secure and for any data written to your warehouse. You retain all ownership of your data.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users’ data.
• Don’t use the Service to process data you are not authorized to access.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

The Free plan is offered at no cost. Pro is billed at the price shown at checkout (currently $19/month) through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and access to third-party platforms (such as Airtable or Google BigQuery) is subject to those providers’ own terms and availability.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and BaseBridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including Airtable, Google BigQuery, Stripe, and Formspree. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. BaseBridge is an independent product and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Airtable or Google.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
